KATIE ADAMS

Katie is a Group Leader in Edinburgh. She has spent her career supporting Senior Managers, teams, and organisations to review and transform how they organise and deliver. After having children and embarking on her own transformational journey, Katie has redefined her career to directly support adults to stake stock of their lives, define the life (personal and professional) they wish to live, and practically take steps to plan and implement the change and actions necessary to start living that life. Through her personal and professional experience she understands how challenging a process it can be but wholeheartedly believes it is never too late to create the life you want.
